I know this isn’t technically Muay Thai but I thought it was a cool exercise on developing workout plans and it can be applied easily to Muay Thai. I based this on episodes of Hajime No Ippo and viewing his workouts. Yes, I’m a fan lol. The reps and sets are for you to decide. What I do might be too easy so adjust accordingly.
10 min stretching
3 rounds 2 mins Skipping (Jumping Rope)
3 rounds 2 mins Shadowboxing
5x25 pushups 5x25 sit ups 5x10 leg raises
3 rounds of 2 mins on Heavy Bag
1-5 mile run
10 mins stretching
You can increase or decrease depending on your fitness level and adjust again as you improve.
