I’m headed out for a weekend backpacking trip and so will not be here until next week.
BUT, I want to share something valuable with you before I head out.
This is a very simple exercise, but often overlooked for those dealing with knee pain.
It’s about developing better breathing habits.
Check it out, and practice every day a few times until next week, especially before you do something strenuous like go for a walk, hike or play pickleball.
