The MOTHERHOOD ATHLETE community was created to help mothers reach their health and fitness goals. In our community you will have a supportive environment of mothers who have the same goals, follow the same workout plan and cheer one another on.
In order to make this a success we have created some rules that participants have to follow:
- Share your weekly workouts! Snapshot of a completed workout or a selfie will do!
- Share one (1) high protein snack. a picture or just a quick list of items you ate.
- Like & Comment on two (2) posts from your teammates daily! Make them feel seen!
