Why I Started the Monk Mode Challenge 🧘🏾‍♂️
A few years ago, I found myself stuck in a cycle of inconsistency. I was juggling way too much. Trying to grow my content, work on my businesses, and still find time for self-improvement. But I wasn’t showing up as my best self. I was lacking discipline, struggling with habits, and not making the progress I knew I was capable of. I ended up gaining 50 pounds in the process and ended up being over 250 pounds (hence the before and after picture below lol smh) But that’s when I realized something had to change!
I created the Monk Mode Challenge as a way to break free from distractions and push myself to the next level to truly master myself. I wanted to build a community of people who are ready to stop making excuses and start making real changes. This isn’t just about quitting bad habits or getting more done—it’s about unlocking our full potential and creating the life we want to live. 🌟
Im super excited to see people in the community breaking barriers, challenging themselves, and supporting each other. That’s what it’s all about. We’re not here to be average—we’re here to be unstoppable! Let’s get it! 💯✊🏾
