After a lot of thought - we decided to give all of our trainings, resources, templates, best-selling books, and courses all away for FREE. Here's why. I see so many "gurus" charging a lot of money for information (I used to charge $5,000 to $100,000/yr for programs, so I get it), but I don't think it should be gate-kept! As someone who was homeless off-and-on from 12-18, I wish I had this kind of information available when I was growing up. Fast forward to now, I run one of the top real estate teams in America with 120 agents that are on my team, and approaching a 6-figure month, with many more consecutively coming! It's a long way from where I used to be, and I got here thanks to information. From buying books, attending seminars, joining masterminds, and spending $100,000's on my education outside of college - I spent $60,000+ last year alone for a mentor. (I also had a full-ride in college with a 4.0 GPA in all honors classes, so that's outside of college). So, I love information, and if I knew what I'm going to be giving you all for free I'd be where I am now 100 times faster! And this is why we are making Money School free for everyone! This kind of advice we see in this photo is often taken to literally… It’s key to enjoy life. To spend less than you make. To keep your overhead low, and avoid trying to impress the Jones. However, a lot of people see this and say, “I’m going to just enjoy life, and not focus on money,” and then 10, 20, 30+ years past and now they are stuck living life by someone else’s design… We need to find the balance between enjoying life and not destroying our life. There is a fine line between the two. Have fun and love your life, but also plan and set yourself up for the future as well.

So many "gurus" are going to tell you that you can get rich in weekend, in a month, some may even say in a few months... But, here's the reality - it takes YEARS. The people who tell you that they made $20,000 (or even $100,000) in a day didn't do that in just a day.... It took them years to get the skills in order to achieve that. Whatever you're doing plan for it to take 1-5 years before it really takes off for you, and it will make it so much easier for you. Once we attach some unrealistic timeline to it is when we get inpatient and switch our focus which restarts our 1-5 year plan. You gotta stay the course on ONE opportunity until it works.
