Here is the daily journal outline: Morning: One word focus:(this should be the same everyday)- can eventually change it when you feel like it but it should be consistent for a while 3 keys each day that help you with the one word focus:(should also be the same keys each day until you feel like changing it) 3 Affirmations: ex. ( I am a hard worker) Evening: 3 wins of the day:( these will most likely be different each day but not always) 3 gratitudes: ( 3 things you are thankful for each day) these might also change day to day Start:( something you want to start) this should be consistent for a while. Ex. Be disciplined with my diet Stop: (this is something you want to stop doing) should also be consistent for a while Continue: (something you want to continue) Self evaluation of the day: ( be honest with yourself but also remember to acknowledge your successes of the day)
