Tech glitch

Hey everyone I'm having a bit of an issue that I'd like to run by the community.

I have my main studio with a Mac Studio M2 chip and Apollo x8p interface and have an issue where I'll be recording and doesn't matter if it's my push midi keyboard or plugged in guitar.

I can record fine and then it just cuts out for about a half bar and then plays in headphones and monitors like nothing happened. It records the midi and audio file but glitches to silence for that half bar when I play it back. I used my twin apollo and my audience id interfaces to rule out the X8P and also changed the cables to make sure wasn't bad. Any ideas would be great if you've ever experienced it.

On my Mac book pro laptop I hooked up the twin apollo and can play audio and midi with no glitches at all. Both computers are running same version of Sonoma and same live 12 version as well.
