Welcome to MWC, the launchpad for improving your life. My name is Lucas, and I help other young men to improve their lives. I have long been on my own self improvement journey and I have made it my goal to help as many young men as possible. I started my journey in 2022, where I was a skinny fat, insecure gamer who had no real direction or aspirations. Fast forward to today, and I am happy to say that I have made incredible progress in my physique, my confidence, my health, and so much more. Why should you listen to me? Because I have already made all of the mistakes that a person could make when it comes to trying to be a better man. When I first started to try and make my own progress, I made mistake after mistake, not knowing where I went wrong. If you are similar, and you want to avoid mistakes, I strongly suggest you stop and get someone's help. But why me? Because I actually give a shit. You may see all these other people online who make similar communities, giving out lacklustre advice. But the difference is, I actually want to help you, and the advice I will give you does not come from tiktok or idiots on the internet. It comes from my experience, and clearly my advice works well enough. You can either go it alone, and spend months, maybe years making pointless mistake after mistake, slowing your progress. What pain do you want to experience?
You can either: Experience the pain of your poor choices, suffering from poor mental and physical health, sitting around knowing you could have done something better but you didn't or you can experience the pain of training, and the mental discipline of the work you know you need to do, especially when you dont feel like it. If you have been slacking, and you need to find some new direction, ask yourself: What pain do you want to experience?
