I see warm ups as a way to get my body ready to move weight safely. I have been following this 3-set warm up as of late:
1x10 @ 50% workout weight
1x5 @ 75% workout weight
1x3 @ 90% workout weight
3x10 workout
I'm doing this for every workout but I'm wondering if it is a bit too much. Could this be taking away from my max reps? Maybe one set of these per muscle group is good enough? What are you guys doing for warm ups and are there ways I can improve on mine?
