weekly workout routine
My weekly workout routine provides balance in my life. I feel healthier, can think clearer and look better. So I put effort into developing a vigorous workout routine. However it's far from perfect and I'm always looking to improve so if any of you have feedback. Let me know!
MONDAY Legs-
1) Squats

TUESDAY - Cardio & Back
1) Sprint 1, 15
100 yard sprints (in the morning)
2) General Pullup

3) Lat Pulldown
Adjustable Cable Machine, Lat Pulldown Bar

4) Bentover Row
4, 8-10

5) Barbell Deadlift

6) Seated Cable Row

7) Lat Pulldown
