Looking for TECHNIQUE ORIENTATED/HIGHLY APPLICABLE Conversation books that will make me the GREATEST OF ALL TIME conversationalist in the GALAXY.

I want HARD techniques. I want ACTION BOOKS.
For example
Ty Buchanan recommended a book called
HOW TO TALK TO ANYONE by Leil Londale
It's a GOOD book because it has a lot of ACTIONABLE techniques....
But I want MORE books like it. More Techniques. MORE RECOMMENDATIONS.
I want my understanding of SOCIAL CONVERSATION to DOMINANT and ABSOLUTE.
