I am currently 37 years old. My free testosterone is 83.2 and total testosterone is 461. I don't drink or smoke. Never have. I work out 5 days a week for a year and a half now and track everything I eat because I eat the same thing every week.
I have been hitting plateaus in the gym and having muscle strains and injuries like triceps' tendonitis and have always had problems sleeping since my mid to late twenties. Do you think its possible I could be in the low tier of testosterone range?
If this is low what are some natural ways I could get it to be higher besides eating healthy and lifting weights?
I also take a lot of vitamin supplements.
