- The camera you use has a big impact on your final pictures. Use a good DSLR if you can. Obviously if not having one is the only thing holding you back from fixing you IG, don’t use it as an excuse BUT use the best camera you have access to.
2. Shoot in raw picture format to preserve the most data. This will make your file sizes big but it will allow you to play a lot more in lightroom and photoshop.
Tip: bring an extra SD card if you think one might not be enough.
3. If you can’t use a DSLR, use iPhone 12 or newer.
4. Learn the basics of lighting and composition (rule of thirds, leading lines, light source, etc.)
Bonus: If you don't know what you're doing, use reference pictures from MOA IG profiles.
