I have loved the sport of football ⚽️ ever since I was a kid, but I haven’t played in a long time because of chronic ankle instability and being overweight. I want to create a free group where we discuss everything football and also ways to get back into playing through:
- proper education of physical therapy rehabilitation
- footballer-focused drills/exercises
- and science-based nutrition
My goal is to create a podcast and make the community my central focal point by inviting men and women to talk about their experiences with “the beautiful game”.
I’m on a personal journey late in life to discover what I’m capable of in respect to playing football competitively. I will be documenting my progress in healing my chronic ankle instability (atrophied right leg) along with my personal weight loss journey.
