I see that many of you really like to work out, like riding a bike, doing calisthenics, or lifting weights at the gym. This section is for people who are just starting and need help with their form in area of calisthenics and weight lifting.
P.S. I have been working out for more than 6 years, doing calisthenics and lifting weights. I also like climbing, biking, and trying other sports.
P.P.S. The only thing I really don't like is swimming.
