I get it. Work, that job, all of the to-do list.
But most of all this feeling. Like there’s an elephant on your chest.
You might not be able to leave that job today, but here’s what you can do - since you should have to live just for the weekends.
  1. Say a prayer of gratitude for 10 things
  2. Change your to-do list to a “get to-do” list
  3. Add something to your day that excites you.
