Hiring a coach
this is critical to realize.
Here are my rules:
When I hire a coach, I want to know their track record. They had better be ahead of me, or have already achieved what I wanted. Either in their own results or have a track record of other people that they have taken to where I want to go.
If they haven’t achieved that yet, then that’s OK, I just have to know that we are growing together. And I wouldn’t pay this coach nearly as much.
When I pay for coaching , I’m paying to collapse time. It needs to be easier, more lucrative, or faster than I could do it on my own.
