How to use:

Use Google Calendar to keep track of what you are doing and how you are spending your time.

Use War Map to track your quarterly objectives against your goals and overall mission. Use Monthly and Daily tracker to in War Maps to keep track of your activities.

Daily Planner: Start by printing out a daily planner sheet. This will be where you record your daily activities and observations.

Calculate Output Percentage: To calculate your output percentage, divide the number or volume of tasks completed by the total number or volume of tasks planned for the day. Multiply the result by 100 to get the percentage.

Output Percentage = (Number of Completed Tasks / Total Number of Planned Tasks) * 100

For example, if you planned to complete 10 tasks for the day and you finished 8 of them, the calculation would be:

Output Percentage = (8 tasks / 10 tasks) * 100 = 80%

Calculate Focus Percentage: Divide the time spent focused on your tasks by the total time you were working (including breaks). Multiply the result by 100 to get the percentage.

Focus Percentage = (Time Spent Focused / Total Time Worked) * 100

For example, if you worked for 8 hours and were focused on your tasks for 6 hours, the calculation would be:

Focus Percentage = (6 hours / 8 hours) * 100 = 75%

Finally Calculate Productivity Rating Percentage: To calculate your productivity rating percentage, add together your focus percentage and your output percentage, then divide by 2. This will provide insight into how effectively you utilized your time and resources during the day.
