Instagram Outreach Account Health

Hey guys, so I've been outreaching through Instagram for the past 3 months, on 5 different accounts, surprisingly, eventhough I've been sending around 100 dms per day on average, I am yet to have an Instagram account suspended.

I've also managed to garner a 51% open rate and 6% interest rate, which shows that everything is in good health.

However one of my accounts in the past few days started getting flagged for "spammy activity" and now it seems to be present across all my accounts as they are all under the same IP

So far I havent seen any difference in metrics, however I've had a few late replies from some prospect saying I've gone to "Hidden Requests"

Just wondering is there any tactics you use to keep your Instagram outreach accounts healthy, I was thinking to do 10 minutes a day of human interaction (Liking, commenting on random posts), but is it ever possible to increase your reputation, after being given warnings from Instagram? let me know
