I GOT IT! I GOT THE SOLUTION!! 🎉

I posted about a "HUGE PROBLEM" a while ago.

I was encountering the issue where my messages were going into the "Hidden Folder" of Instagram. Because of it my reply rate dropped down from 25-30% to 1-2%.

So here's the solution to fix it if your reply rate suddenly dropped and your messages are landing in "Hidden Folder"

I got my account out of the hidden folder and it's normal now.

When a lot of people block you or when you send out a lot of DMs in a short period of time, the Instagram spam detection tool will detect that activity and restrict your account. Your messages will start going into the Hidden Requests (or spam) of people's inboxes, which is bad!

First of all, you shouldn’t even end up in this situation. Prevention is always better than the cure. Try to prevent it!

If you do end up in this situation, you have the following options:

You can talk with Instagram Support and ask them to remove the restriction.
You can send messages to 5-10 friends and ask them to accept your request from their Hidden Requests and keep the conversation going.
Get a new account.

If it’s your main account, I suggest doing the first two steps. But if you set up the account for the purpose of outreach, at this point you’ll need to get a new account.

But your account should get out of that spam folder soon if you just keep using your account like a normal human.
