List Sourcing & Cleaning: Using Apollo for sourcing and Million Verifier for cleaning.
Effective Email Sequence: A 4-step sequence in Instantly, offering a video on growing their business.
Personalized Video Replies: Creating videos with Loom and sharing a Calendly link.
Persistent Follow-Up: Warm-up follow-ups up to 6-7 times and LinkedIn follow-ups.
Calendly Automations: Achieving a 90% show-up rate.
Personal Touch: Reaching out via call or WhatsApp when they book.
SPIN Sales Calls: Qualifying and pitching using the SPIN method.

Next steps: Expand to 15 more email accounts, warm them up, and scale aggressively.
