What did you boys do today, your goals come from daily actions and not tomorrow's wishful thinking, so let me know, I'll be reading all of them
what I did:
- Gym: Made a new schedule that hits my goals, hit a 40 by 40 kg dumbbell press for 5 reps, and I went down for a run, and I weighed myself (74 currently, 6 more kg to hit my goal of 80kg)
- Work: I am moving houses so this was put to a halt, although I made sure to get as much information as possible while I am at it, via watching and listening to courses and videos (sales, GHL, etc.)
- Life: I got a lot of public speaking experience from participating at a THIMUN(Model United Nations) where we had to make speeches on the spot and debate, upped my game in charisma by being the main submitter of a resolution and won some rewards while I was at it.
It is all about micro-actions that you put in daily, my day was big and that is not how it is usually and it becomes great when you compound actions (I wouldn't be able to hit 40 by 40 if I didn't train for over a year) so boys go at it, and lets make it together
