My story (Quickly):
Drama school kid who joined a leadership programme straight out of Uni.
19 years later I was managing teams and million pound budgets.
The further up the ladder I climbed, the less I loved it. The values were less aligned and frankly, the pieces didn't fit anymore.
I quit.
As an award winning CPD Coach, I started a coaching business.
Became an accredited Business Strategist.
I saw my zone of genius was messaging!
