Consistency of anything for 30 days yields the personal value of 5.3 million better you. Pretty rad.
I always recommend subtraction before addition.
Cut something that is not serving you. (ex. go sober)
Implement something that serves a better you. (ex. exercise)
For 30 days IN A ROW
Do not worry your mind with more than these two areas of focus to begin.
  • one subtraction
  • one addition
You'll naturally be drawn to bite off more than you can chew.
Leading to too much "new" at once and therefore overwhelm and BAM back to old you.
The momentum you build with a boundary based successful 30 days will set you up for whatever you tackle next.
