- Daily positive mindset tips and tricks (sharing my journal outline, personal entries, personal goals, podcasts, habits etc)
- Weekly 60 min video calls going over highlights of the week, lessons learned, answering questions and overall motivation
- Direct access to me through DM (will respond to all messages within 24-48 hours) where you can ask me anything (life, fitness, goals, money, relationships, fashion etc) you want as your mentor
