I EXIST
Todays lesson prompted me to write a poem. It happened either last year or my first year in LTC, I don't remember. But it's called, I EXIST...
The sun exists, and without it, I would not.
The earth exists, and without it, I would not.
The plants exist, and without them, I would not.
Water exists, and without it, I would not.
I exist, because I am living (and come from) all that exists.
Therefore, I am one with all that exists.
So, in truth, life IS all that exists...
The rest is an illusion made up in our minds.
I invite you to copy this and keep it in your phone as a mantra (as I do), and repeat it to anyone that suits you to share. I find it a reminder, and proof, that we are one.
