strength training
I think everyone should do only strength training until they reach a certain point and only after that start training for size. Example: You should be able to bench and squat your body weight (or more for squat) and deadlift 2 time that at the bare minimum. Gotta be able to rotate in all planes of motion too but I don't have specific numbers for this.
Then you get the pass to bodybuild.
This creates a community of men who can actually be useful and fight for something, not just posers.
