What does it mean to be LOCKED IN?
While in the gym today, someone asked me if I enjoy working out alone. I told him I didn't mind working out alone because, oftentimes, working out with other people means I have to adhere to their schedule and excuses. I'm oftentimes told that I train too hard, do too much or require more than what I should. For me, this is the way life should be when you're LOCKED IN.
Here are some things I encourage you to do RIGHT NOW:
  • Discover that one thing that you're locking in on right now. While I know there are many things you may want to change, I'd advise against having more than one thing at at time.
  • Identify your distractions. We're going to cover this in our Talk.
  • Write out your current schedule -- not what you want it to be but what it is right now. We're going to discuss why this is important as well.
  • Stop relying on other people to join your journey of change. One of the worst things you can do is wait on someone else because they may not want it like you do.
  • Identify 3 action steps you can take daily to take you towards your goal.
  • Identify 3 action steps you're afraid to take right now that you think can take you closer to your goal.
Identify these things so we can go over them in the Talk. If you're serious about making some changes then trust me when I tell you that this Crew is perfect for you!
