Anyone else have trouble with SmartLead?
The CSV I uploaded had had all the entries filled in for company name, and city, and SmartLead only catches about 20% of them. I had to remove the company name one entirely (not super necessary) but it's annoying nonetheless since I had my VA fill in and format this info for 800 leads. Now my emails just look super generic since the city variable only works 20% of the time.
I've noticed several glitches like this for SmartLead, and their support said they'd get back to me in a few minutes over an hour ago.
Anyone have either a better tool they're using, or know why SmartLead isn't catching these entries?
