You carry the history of your experiences with you in each cell of your body. These cells are the building blocks of our complete selves. And while your cells carry somatic memory markers of your graduation day or the birth of your first child - they also carry with them your worst days.
Your cells are also indiscriminate in regards to imprint, positive or traumatic.
But God.
He is saying to us it is time to upgrade. It is time to release, repair, reclaim and reconnect every part of us to our heavenly Father. And in this reconnection heal our bodies through Him at a deep, somatic level.
