SUBCONTRACTING DAY RATE??
Does anyone have a framework they use to negotiate a WIN/WIN day rate with a subcontractor.
I’m just getting started, before I start writing estimates How can I properly understand a good subcontractor day rate.
I’ve caleb use $1800 in a estimate video, But I don’t know if I should pitch the same day rate, or what I should base my day rate off.
