Not as resilient as you used to be?
Stress resilience is the ability to adapt well to challenging situations, such as adversity, trauma, or threats. It's not about learning to push through difficult moments, but rather supporting your body's natural ability to bounce back from stress. Being resilient can help you survive, recover, and even thrive in the face of misfortune. Some benefits of increasing stress resilience include: Increased happiness and contentment, Increased mental and physical health, Increased compassion and empathy, and Improved problem-solving skills. Here are some techniques that can help build stress resilience: - Take care of yourself - Practice relaxation - Practice mindfulness - Take action - Start with small changes

Make friends with your body
I dont care what age you are, you eventually find things about your body you dont like. It could be your first gray hair, a bigger belly, skinny legs, smaller biceps, you name it we can find something wrong. Any one of these things can make you feel insecure, vulnerable or long for something from your past. Attached is a great article about a Buddhist perspective of body image and you relationship with it. Any questions or comments I would love to hear. https://www.lionsroar.com/how-to-make-friends-with-your-aging-body/?utm_source=Lion%27s+Roar+Newsletter&utm_campaign=7dfec346ef-EMAIL_CAMPAIGN_2023_05_15_03_13_COPY_01&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_-070340879e-%5BLIST_EMAIL_ID%5D&goal=0_1988ee44b2-7dfec346ef-27613123&mc_cid=7dfec346ef&mc_eid=5a1c73a2e5

June is also Migraine and headaches awareness month!
I myself have suffered my entire __ years with migraines. My father and his mother also had a lifetime if migraine problems. I have been able to gain some control of them through medication, however I know there are so many other factors that I am constantly working on. I felt at times the medical industry just wanted to throw pills, botox and "dont drink caffeine". No one really did a food study, exercise, mediation, fascia work, nothing. This is where I step in and can help narrow down some issues.Respond to this post and I will get in touch and lets see how I can help you. https://www.migraineheadacheawarenessmonth.org/

We also suffer from long-term conditions such as arthritis and chronic fatigue, and elevated risk of depression, anxiety, and other mental illness. If you are one of these people and or know someone that may need some new tools to help with or cope with their health Level Up is here for you. Drop me a line today and I would be more that happy to get on the line with you https://healthlgbtq.org/stateof/lgbtqhealth/ #hey_famm #wellnesscoach #lifecoach @hey_famm #lgbtqia_health #healthlgbtq
