Updated face keyframe and some weights.

Two bone IK constraints and weight fine-tuning.

Added more weighted bones for less clunkiness.

Rigging/weighting to compensate for curved fox tail art.

Just playing with stuff. The Starfish was obviously not meant to be walking this way, so the mesh is funky, but nevermind :P Pretend there is a gust of Wind effect. I dunno how to do that yet heh.
