How to make your 2026 goals actually happen
Some of you know my story but I wanted to share how I think you could copy me. So here’s the quick recap January 2024: I quit my job, planning to go all in on my SMMA February 2024: I find skool and invest my last couple thousand into a mentor to help me use it. March 2024: That same mentor hires me to write his copy (I had no clue what I was doing) April 2024: I decide to launch my own skool. Lose $1,400 on ads. May 2024: I go all in with copywriting and pay to join some business masterminds. June 2024: I email everyone I know about what I’m doing and make my first $10k August 2024: I win the Skool Games and hit my first $30k month. October 2024: I sign my first $10k+ client. January 2025: I hit my first $50k month. All I did? Well the truth isn’t pretty. I convinced myself that if I didn’t make 10k, I’d die. Chill Patrice! Dramatic much? Obviously I knew I wasn’t actually going to die. Even if I had to get another job I would have figured it out. I knew that in my subconscious. But consciously? No I literally believed it was succeed or die. And because of that, I reached out to people I never would have been brave enough to outreach to. I made Youtube content and got over my perfectionism. The self-imposed urgency is what unlocks both the amount and type of action required to build any business. The people I was terrified to reach out to because I knew they’d reject me?Those were the ones that bought. One of those initial messages went to someone who wound up paying me 15k down the road. And in the process, I documented the Skool strategies. I thought about turning it into a Playbook….and I might. “The Skool Playbook” But for now…..I’m going to share how I launched multiple 6-figure skool’s in a span of less than 6 months. Now we’re on the cusp of a new year. So what you do during the next 2 weeks will be far more important to the success of your 2026 than any resolution. This is where I like to say, “I’m setting the pace.” And inside Playbooks, we’re ramping up to help our members have the biggest year of growth.

How I gained 19 paid members…
While working 10 hours a day, 24 days in a row, living out of a hotel with sketchy wi-fi 😂☠️ Thank you @Patrice Moore!!
How I gained 19 paid members…
If your Skool is stuck, this is the part you’re missing.
I didn’t grow my Skool community because I was “lucky.” I grew it because I stopped relying on hope… and started relying on psychology. Real talk: I joined with $29. That’s it. No massive budget. No secret audience. No hype tricks. I had 1 member. Then I had a few. Then hundreds. Then… thousands. Here’s the shift most people miss 👇 People don’t join communities because of information. They join because a funnel makes them feel safe, seen, and guided. A funnel does 3 psychological things perfectly: - It removes confusion (confused people never buy) - It builds trust before asking for commitment - It lets people decide themselves instead of being pushed Once I stopped “posting and praying” and let a real funnel do the talking, everything changed. And no—I didn’t figure this out alone.I worked with an expert who understands human behavior, not just pages and buttons. That decision? One of the highest ROI moves I’ve ever made. If you’re sitting on value, knowledge, or a community idea that should be growing but isn’t… it’s not your offer. Its the system introducing it. I’ll say this plainly (because sugarcoating helps no one): 👉 Talent without structure stays invisible. 👉 Funnels turn effort into leverage. If you want help from the same expert who helped me build this properly, here’s his WhatsApp:📲 +1 (862) 562-6786 No hype. No pressure. Just strategy that actually respects how people think. Progress beats perfection.Always. 🚀

How to price your info product
Since joining skool, I think I've seen just about every money model at work. I've seen low ticket monthly communities, with upsells for courses. And high ticket masterminds with downsells for courses. I've seen $5k courses that promote in person event upsells. And every type of bonus, urgency, and scarcity. I've helped both low and high ticket communities win the skool games. In every niche you can imagine. And 1 of the most important things I've learned in the last 18 months is about pricing. So here are 6 simple rules I follow when pricing my products: 1. Information (books, videos, etc) should either be free or cheap 2. 1:1 should be $5k+ and very scarcely accessible as you grow 3. Never do monthly pricing unless you add new materials/calls/value every month 4. Super low ticket is the best was to filter leads for your high ticket 5. Cold leads won't pay $50+ without multiple warm up steps. Price around $9-$30 for entry offers. 6. The more you charge, the more people value your products. And a bonus tip, if you're giving calls away with you and you're charging less than $1k, you're devaluing your time. Hope this helps someone! Anyone launching a new product? Share it below!
