Hey everyone! I wanted to share a free resource I've been working on that may help with evaluating land deals. I put together a **Builder Buy Box Spreadsheet** that compiles buying criteria from builders in different markets. The goal is to help wholesalers make more informed offers and spend less time chasing deals that aren't a good fit. You can use it to: * ✅ See what different builders are looking for. * ✅ Narrow down better opportunities. * ✅ Get a better feel for pricing and deal selection. * ✅ Save time by focusing on deals with stronger builder demand. I also created a **Deal Submission Form**. If you have a land deal you'd like another opinion on, need help finding buyers, or are interested in potentially partnering on a deal, feel free to submit it.
