You look like your in decent shape heading into this. I want you to make sure you're fully extending your punches, and bringing your shoulder to your chin, as this is to protect you from getting hit. Bend your wrist a bit so you land on your first two knuckles, as this will give you the most power in your punches. Shift your hips and keep your weight on your backfoot to avoid leaning into your opponent.
