For the first week i won't be eating anything before noon it allows me to stay light and alert to work on things i need to get done.
For the first meal, for the first week will be 1 cliff bar and 1 bottle of kombucha or naked + water after my morning training.
I will only eat 1 other meal after my second training session which will mostly be baked chicken breast or wings with veggies and maybe rice.
What do some of your guys training diet consist of?
