I am doing local lead gen in a specific niche and got a meeting with a prospect tomorrow. Now I realized that his location is overlapping a lot with another one of my clients. Since they sell exactly the same service, this might be problematic. (red = existing client; blue = prospect)
My thought:
- I can't just copy and paste working creatives, funnel, copy
- the new client would get worse results because the area is already served
- I am creating competition for myself here. Getting amazing results for one of them will result in worse results for the other one
But:
- I don't want to turn a potential client down.
What are your thoughts and experiences? Need help asap
