Fave chord progression
G-D-Am-C. Not sure why but seems to be my go to progression when Iโ€™m mindlessly strumming.

Pattern
One of my favorite chord progressions since I started playing is: Amaj7 - Em7 - Dmaj7 - Fmaj7 It is a basic pattern, but when played slowly with some nice fingerpicking and hammers it can be a fun progression to play around with. The chord shapes are pretty easy, and leaves lots of space to riff and add your own spice!

Cool fingerstyle chord progression!
A cool progression I accidentally came to during a daily warmup session some time ago. Thatโ€™s: E5 > F# sus โ™ญ6 > E5 > F# sus โ™ญ6 > A5 > Em > D > G5 > A5 > Em > D > G5 > A5 https://www.instagram.com/reel/Ctt8N1roxT4/?igsh=ZDhyOWV6NnNrY3Zq Better angle video attached:

Chord pattern?
Hmmm.. not sure which this is, Chord or Pattern... or both. But a favorite singer songwriter, James McMurtry, does this cool thing where he anchors his ring and pinky finger on the 2 and 1 string respectively, then moves his index and middle around minimally to hit a G (5, 6 - 2nd and 3rd fret), C (4,5 2nd and 3rd fret), D (6, 3 - both 2nd fret) and others. Frees up his right hand to do all sorts of stuff, which he does mostly with a pick, but I aspire to try fingerstyle at some point. You can see him at it here (on a great tune Hurricane Party). #anoobiecandream If that doesn't count as pattern, then I submit a Prine Travis pick from his last song, I Remember Everything.๐Ÿ˜ญ
