JetStream started because I want to help as many people as possible become pilots and save them the most money that they can. I did not have a pilot in my family so I had to find a mentor to guide me. This group will serve as your mentor to navigate the world of flying. I started flying in May of 2020. I was able to get my Private Pilot License in a little over 2 weeks. This was a great experience and this is what I thought all of my flight training would look like, once I started my instrument training though I was at a different flight school and I wasted thousands of dollars and many months to actually get my instrument rating. This taught my a valuable lesson about what was the best way to save money and get my flight training completed as quickly as possible. I then used what I learned and I completed all my other training by July of 2021. Since then I have worked at Republic Airways, NetJets, and starting in January of 2025 I will be flying for Delta Air Lines at just 23 years old.
