Plan structure question

When using institutional moves to set my supply and demand blocks, do I use those blocks for my entry points weeks later? That’s difficult for me to even be able to ask as a question, as far as what I mean I guess what I’m asking is , are we expecting the institutions to do the same thing that they have done to give us our entry points as well as exit points when , to go long and/or when to go short, and is that part of our plan structure as far as planning out how to get in and when to get out
