Jedi Entry- set-and-forget?

Watching the initial explanations for the Jedi entry it seemed like the execution required waiting for price to hit supply/demand area THEN setting up the limit order, thereby waiting until price broke to continue the plan structure trend. But watching the later video "Jedi and superman entries in review" Kyle sets the limit orders ahead of time as soon as supply and demand areas are established. Am I just overthinking this? Are both methods okay?
