Qi gong, Yoga, Internal Martial Art, what do they have to do with each other? They are practical responses to the opportunities that arise (and problems that occur) from having a body. A set of systems- skeletal/muscular, cardiovascular, nervous, lymphatic etc. that, properly trained, open a wealth of experiences in mind, body and soul. When combined these systems of Taijiquan (Tai Chi) Baguazhang, Qi Gong, and Yoga are among the most powerful ways to align ourselves with nature, the Self, the Tao, the Universe.
