Hi, I'm Jim, I am a retailer in the Hobby Games industry. My store celebrated 30 years in April. I (and we) have won a bunch of awards in that time.
I have a good knowledge of Indy B&M retailing and a long experience of what doesn't work, as well as some things that do.
