How to Use and Make the Most of This Platform
Quick Introduction
Hi, I'm Jim, I am a retailer in the Hobby Games industry. My store celebrated 30 years in April. I (and we) have won a bunch of awards in that time. I have a good knowledge of Indy B&M retailing and a long experience of what doesn't work, as well as some things that do.

Am I Member 1?!!!
Hello! I'm Lynsey - I've spent most of my working life working for other people and have gained vast experience across Customer Service/Support/Success, Operations, Ecommerce and Project Management. I'm excited to be launching my first online business imminently... a print on demand t shirt store called Lines From Songs which, well, it'll do exactly what it says on the tin haha! My strengths are definitely in providing excellent customer care, root cause analysis, process improvement and connecting the dots for the customer experience journey. One area I'm really going to struggle with is marketing... so I'm hoping joining this group will help provide me some support, tips and advice around that area! Coming very soon! https://linesfromsongs.store
