Hello!
I'm Lynsey - I've spent most of my working life working for other people and have gained vast experience across Customer Service/Support/Success, Operations, Ecommerce and Project Management.
I'm excited to be launching my first online business imminently... a print on demand t shirt store called Lines From Songs which, well, it'll do exactly what it says on the tin haha!
My strengths are definitely in providing excellent customer care, root cause analysis, process improvement and connecting the dots for the customer experience journey.
One area I'm really going to struggle with is marketing... so I'm hoping joining this group will help provide me some support, tips and advice around that area!
