How did you get your first 10 (paid) users?
Getting the first users on a project is probably one of the hardest steps. Even more if you don't have any audience.
What worked for me so far:
- Sharing my product on big communities - Reddit, PH, and IndieHackers (RIP 😅)
- Sending cold emails to my ICP
- Sponsoring Newsletter in my niche
- Sharing on X as I have a great audience there.
