5000 organic visits every months. No revenues…
I've been working on a job board (in French) for years now: https://remotefr.com I tried to monetize it with premium job offers—it didn't work. I also tried to create a newsletter (1500 subscribers) and monetize it with premium content, but it also failed($50 MRR not growing). What should I do next? In my head, I have 3 options: - Sell it - but as I don't have revenues, the price will be super low. - Try new sources of income, like affiliation? - Let it die slowly What would you do?

How are people applying for those jobs? If they apply on your platform, you can sell them as recruitment leads to those companies. (e.g. Axa I have 20 people that applied for a role, you can have their details for xxx amount). I think that with job boards the most important is to get the ball rolling with one side (sither supply or demand)

HN front page results
My little day on the front page of HN is over. Started at 10 am and it was still there was 3 am when I went to bed. 19k visitors so far. 10+ signups, 3 entered card details to start a trial. I'm super happy with the result.

Don't do cold outreach like that, please 🙏
Sending volume is important, but if you're sending too much you can't be relevant. Spamming people randomly never works. The game of cold outreach is to send (at scale) the right message to the right people.
