Is volume important for Nas100?

Hello traders,

If I trade Nas100 in Oanda, do I need to check volume? because as far as I know, we are buying CFD contract from Oanda and rise and fall in price of Nas100 is according to it’s underlying stocks and has nothing to do with demand and supply of Nas100us in Oanda. Am I right or wrong? Thanks family
