Google Ads Stopped spending

Hey everyone, does anyone have any idea why all of our Google Ads campaigns suddenly stopped spending? Across all campaigns, we went from around $700 on Sep 9th to $300 on Sep 10th, and now it's at $0 so far today.

No changes have been made to the account during this period. We're using the 'Maximize Conversions' bid strategy (not Target CPA), there's no day-parting schedule set, and there are no active rules in place on the account
